We have a straightforward agreement that ensures clarity of what we do and that both parties are covered. We make the transition simple for clients joining us from other companies.
Never! You own your home and can use it at anytime, as long as the dates are available. We block dates throughout the year for our homeowners to ensure they can enjoy their investment and beautiful Northern Michigan anytime.
Running a vacation rental requires a great deal of time and constant attention – often after standard business hours. We are always “on” so our homeowners can relax and know we are taking care of everything. A percentage of rental income is retained for this service. Percentages are specific to individual properties and are calculated based on location, size, and features. Contact us for your personalized rate.
We directly employ maintenance & housekeeping staff to allow us to turn-over properties efficiently and with the utmost quality, as well as handle any routine maintenance quickly.
In most cases, cleaning costs are collected directly from your guests. When you sign-on with Stay North, we will update your cleaning fees on all booking platforms to the industry-standard.
We work with linen rental companies to provide sheets and towels for all guest stays. If you have private linens you would like to have ready to for use when you visit your rental for personal-use, many homeowners either bring their own linens with them or choose to do laundry themselves on-site.
